TECSI was established in 1983 based on comprehensive expertise gathered from the industrial spray technologies sector. The Spray Nozzle represents TECSI's initial core business, designed to suit most production processes.
ROTATING TANK WASHING JETS Container rinsing jet • Cleans empty containers
(bottles-tanks) before disposal • Reduces product wastage • With net filter to
avoid accidental blockage due to dirty • Fluid-driven rotating cap • Safety valve
(opens only by pressing the container) ROTATING SPRAY HEADS - INOX Heads rotating
on spherical bearings - Inox Costruction: The rotating heads are made by Inox
S.S. Aisi 316 and they are placed on two spherical bearings. All the internal
and external surfaces are machined worked with accuracy and they are smooth. The
heads are available in two different connections: Femate Thread BSP ( GAS) or
fast connection by clip. Operation: The washing flux produced by the rotating
head generates the rotation thanks to the reaction force. The speed of rotation
depends by the fluid pressure , which must be limited: a too speed rotation causes
drop breakage and loss of impact. It is not possible to define the distance at
which a certain tank or wall is washed without considering the type of deposits
to be taken out, the type of liquid used for washing, the temperature and the
pressure. Such distance may be defined only by tests, for any relevant process
of Nozzles cleaning. But it is possible to give the wetting distance, which is
the radius at which the heads wets all the surfaces of the tank. This model may
be attached to the pipe by a simple fast connection: it is a way of removing the
head in a rapid way, when it is necessary to remove the head with a certain frequency.
Rotating heads, without bearings Costruction: The rotating heads are made by Inox
S.S. Aisi 316 or by PTFE. The accuracy and smoothness of the mating surfaces make
them rotate without bearings. AABBCC1 Such heads are available in fast
connectoin (clip) execution. Operation: The washing flux produced by the rotating
head generates the rotation thanks to the reaction force. The speed of rotation
depends by the fluid pressure FIX SPRAY HEADS – IN AISI 316 Such spherical fix
diffusers are widely employed in the Alimentary Industry for milk, wine, beverages
and mineral waters, and chemical and pharmaceutical industry also. The defauling
of tanks cannot be done in an effective way without the use of chemical solutions,
applied on all the dirty walls for a certain period of time. The cleaning by these
diffusers is simple and fast: without chemical products, it Industrial can be
done using hot water ( near the boiling temperature) in automatic way. The absence
of movable parts avoids the fear of wear of the metal during a long period of
operation. All spherical diffusers are in Aisi 316. An efficient cooling and humidification
requires small droplet and high nozze performances, so that the water drops may
cover the spray pattern in uniform way, ensuring uniform heat exchange and dust
capture.
1. Specify wear-resistant materials. Materials with harder surfaces generally provide longer wear. For each individual spraying application, a variety of nozzle, orifice insert and spray tip materials are available.
2. Specify corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and Teflon.
3. Reduce spray pressure. This isn't always possible. But in some cases, reducing spray pressure slows the wear rate of the nozzle orifice.
4. Reduce liquid abrasiveness or corrosiveness. Abrasives can be screened out with a line strainer or with nozzles that have built-in strainers. Using a less corrosive spray liquid might be a more economical alternative to specifying an exotic corrosion-resistant material.

5. Replace nozzles. Switching nozzles may be more economical than attempting to make changes in other parts of your system or incorporating special resistant materials.
Whether you're using spray nozzles to coat, clean, cool, humidify or lubricate in your food processing applications, make sure your spray nozzles are working properly. Routine scheduled maintenance goes a long way in saving money and assuring better food quality.
